Kids Edge is a strength-and-conditioning program that is specially designed for kids and their specific developmental needs to help them in developing a lifelong love of fitness. In a group setting for both athletes and non-athletes, kids participate in fun and engaging workouts that deliver measurable results and prepare them to be well-rounded in physical fitness. Ages 10-12

Teen Edge is a strength and conditioning program designed for athletes and non-athletes alike. Proper form and techniques are taught, under the watchful eye of our certified trainers, to enhance strength and power, while also focusing on functional movements to increase agility, mobility and flexibility. Ages 13-15
