Vinyasa Flow

Breath

Vinyasa means “breath-synchronized movement,” and Vinyasa yoga is a series of poses that will move you through the power of inhaling and exhaling. Vinyasa movements are smoothly flowing and almost dance-like, which explains why it is sometimes referred to as Vinyasa Flow or just Flow.

In this class, students will be guided into conscious breathing, a necessary condition to find alertness and comfort in the practice. The teacher will offer alignment tips and hands on adjustments (only if you’re comfortable with the idea) to help you progress in your practice. The class will work with various poses which will awaken the entire body and make us feel more alive, more connected to our true selves.
