Torched Xpress

Tabata training is a type of high intensity interval training following a specific format.

This class offering is for experienced exercisers!  20 seconds of a high intensity exercise, followed by 10 seconds rest.  Repeat 8 times for a total of 4 minutes.  This pattern continues throughout the class.  This workout offers more performance benefits in less time, but is not meant for everyone!  Doing high intensity interval training with shorter rest periods gives athletes and the experienced exerciser more bang for their buck.
